What Hatchi collects

If you send an enquiry, Hatchi receives the details you enter, such as your name, email address, service interest, existing website, rough page count, hosting preference, support interest, and message. If you book a consultation, the booking flow receives the details you submit there.

How it is used

Enquiry and booking information is used to respond, understand your project, prepare a recommendation or quote, arrange meetings, and keep a practical record of the conversation. Hatchi does not sell this information or add you to marketing without a separate choice.

Website analytics and service providers

Hatchi uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics in production to understand website use and performance. These services may process technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and interaction data. The site also uses Kalsync for consultation bookings, Resend for enquiry emails, and Vercel for website hosting and delivery. Those providers process data needed to supply their services.

Storage and retention

Information may be processed or stored in countries where Hatchi's service providers operate. Hatchi keeps enquiry and project correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, project administration, record-keeping, legal obligations, or dispute handling, then deletes or de-identifies it when it is no longer required.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information Hatchi holds about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. You can also use browser controls to limit cookies or analytics, although some website features may work differently.

Contact

For a privacy question or request, email luis@hatchi.io. If you are contacting Hatchi about an enquiry, include the email address you used so the record can be located.
