Every website needs somewhere to live. Pick one of the three below — there is no charge hidden in the build price and no lock-in on any of them. We can also help with migrations, DNS, and business email setup where needed. Third-party services such as Google Workspace are billed separately.

Hosting & Care

Everything in Website Hosting, plus dependency and security updates, uptime monitoring, form and contact-path checks, small content and image updates, DNS help, basic issue investigation, Search Console and analytics monitoring, a quarterly performance report, and direct access to the person who built your website.
Self-managed
$0/month
Take the code and run it yourself. Handover is included with both packages at no cost, and there is no monthly fee. You arrange your own hosting and email sending, and you manage DNS, deployments, edits, and support once the 30-day post-launch period ends.
None of these lock you in. You can move between Website Hosting and Hosting & Care at any time, in either direction. If you decide to leave Hatchi hosting altogether, the code is yours and handover is free — we only charge if you would like us to handle the migration.

Do I actually own my website?
Yes. You own the code with both packages, and handover is free if you ever want to take it elsewhere. There are no contracts and no lock-in on hosting — you can move between hosting options, or away from Hatchi entirely, at any time.
How long does a website take?
Every quote comes with a defined scope and timeline before any work begins. As a guide, a Complete build typically runs two to three weeks once scoped; a focused Essentials site is usually faster.
What happens after launch?
Both packages include 30 days of post-launch fixes. After that you pick what suits: Website Hosting at $25/month, Hosting & Care at $120/month if you want updates and support handled, or self-managed — take the code and run it yourself for $0/month.
Can I make changes after the site goes live?
Hosting & Care includes small content and image updates, made for you by the person who built the site. On Website Hosting, changes are quoted as they come up. If you self-manage, the code is yours to edit however you like.
