Booking and scheduling, customer accounts, online payments, dashboards, or a connection to the software you already run. Work like that sits outside a fixed website package and gets scoped on its own, so the quote reflects what it actually takes.
After launch
Every website needs somewhere to live. Pick one of the three below — there is no charge hidden in the build price and no lock-in on any of them. We can also help with migrations, DNS, and business email setup where needed. Third-party services such as Google Workspace are billed separately.
Website Hosting

Your website stays live, fast, and connected. Global edge hosting with automatic SSL, enquiries delivered to your inbox with an automatic branded confirmation sent to the enquirer, a verified sending domain so those emails reach the inbox instead of spam, managed DNS, and a deployment pipeline that puts changes live in minutes.
Hosting & Care
$120/month
Everything in Website Hosting, plus dependency and security updates, uptime monitoring, form and contact-path checks, small content and image updates, DNS help, basic issue investigation, Search Console and analytics monitoring, a quarterly performance report, and direct access to the person who built your website.
Self-managed
$0/month
Take the code and run it yourself. Handover is included with both packages at no cost, and there is no monthly fee. You arrange your own hosting and email sending, and you manage DNS, deployments, edits, and support once the 30-day post-launch period ends.
None of these lock you in. You can move between Website Hosting and Hosting & Care at any time, in either direction. If you decide to leave Hatchi hosting altogether, the code is yours and handover is free — we only charge if you would like us to handle the migration.
